Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
- You must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) before entry information can be provided.
- You must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person making the reservation must sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- This is a lower-level unit accessed by 3 external stairs.
- There is one Ring doorbell camera at the entryway of the condo.
Policies and Rules
- This property is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside the home.
- No events allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
Fees and Payments
- Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- Maximum of two (2) cars are permitted at The Reserve.
- Free parking is available.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Towels and bed linens are provided.
- Kitchen includes cooking basics and utensils.
- Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, clothes washing machine, and clothes dryer are provided.
- High-speed internet is available.
- Climate control is available.
- A starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for a short stay only.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November to March). Travelers during winter months should be prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required if it snows.
- No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
